Stipe Baljkas, CEO
Stipe Baljkas is the founder and chief executive officer of Prospectus d.o.o. since 2003. He graduated from Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture in Split in 1992 and obtained his master’s degree in Organization and Management from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb in 2001. He has been a court expert in the field of electrical engineering since 2005, and in 2009, he earned the title of ‘Certified Security Manager’ from the Faculty of Political Sciences, becoming a lecturer in 2010. He has worked as a security systems designer, project manager, and project director in various companies. He actively participates in professional seminars and conferences in the field of security.
He has published a series of professional articles on project management and security and, together with Dr. Mislav Omazić, authored the first book in Croatia titled ‘Project Management.’ He is the recipient of the second Mijo Mirković award for contributions to the field of economic sciences.
He is actively involved in the Croatian Chamber of Electrical Engineers, ASIS, the Security Managers Association, HZN-TO79, and the Croatian Security Association. He specializes in the design, organization, management, and supervision of complex physical security projects and has led teams of designers on some of the largest security projects in Croatia for critical infrastructure, financial institution, and sports facilities.
Stipan Bilaver, Board member
Stipan Bilaver graduated from the Polytechnic of Zagreb in 2013. as a Civil Engineer. He is employed at the company Prospectus Ltd. starting September 2013 as Physical Security Architect and Supervisor over the implementation of the physical and mechanical security systems. He is a Board Member of Prospectus Ltd. from 2020.
In practice, he applies the concept of Crime prevention through environmental design (CPTED) and combines security, architecture, and civil engineering into unique technological security solutions. Before joining Prospectus, he worked as an associate in an architectural office. He has been a lecturer for years in Autodesk’s Professional Education Program “AutoCAD Specialist” in Algebra group in Zagreb. He is an AutoCAD Certified Professional and educated Autodesk Revit user.
An active member of Croatian Association of Security Managers supported by Association of Corporate Security Managers of SE Europe (SEECSA) and is Certified Corporate Security Manager (CMCS). He is educated in application of the FIDIC contract model and has obtained certification IPMA Level D® Certified Project Management Associate. He is authorized by the Ministry of Internal Affairs to perform Risk assessment for all types of facilities and objects, as well as to design and supervise Physical Security Architecture
